Wyoming mule deer guides and outfitters: Wyoming Mule Deer hunts!
For over 20 years we have been arranging and booking mule deer hunts for Wyoming guides and outfitters, at no charge to our clients. |
Hunt Mule Deer in Wyoming on over 300,000 acres of private property. These areas hold excellent numbers of trophy-class animals. The season for rifle Mule Deer hunting in Wyoming runs the month of October. The majority of these areas are open October 1–20. A limited number of rifle hunts in November. Hunts run five days. These are fully guided hunts, either 2-on-1 or 1-on-1. Because the areas we hunt are private, we use 4x4s to get around. This allows us to adjust our hunting to the capability of each individual hunter. Wyoming mule deer hunts are by spot and stalk. Over the years, our success rate has been 75% to 85%. Through the years we have averaged taking 8 to 10 bucks a season, grossing over 180 BC. The 2000 season had eight bucks taken 180 BC or better. The best bucks taken were a 190 and 191 BC, including 3 three bucks over 30 inches. The 2001 season had four bucks taken over 180 BC, with the largest being a 190 BC, with four bucks taken over 30 inches. We take a few bucks each year that are 28 to 30 inches. The average bucks taken range from 23 to 27 inches. The license draw success for the Non-Resident Special Draw, in the mule deer areas, has been 100% successful the last three years.
