Oregon Bobcat Hunting Outfitter
Oregon Bobcat, one of the only remaining species of game left in Oregon that you can still hunt with hounds. Oregon Bobcats are as exciting to hunt as they are beautiful to admire. Oregon holds dense populations of Bobcat. Beautiful spotted pelts and some of these Oregon cats are in excess of 30 lbs.
Bobcat Hunters; before you hunt Oregon Bobcat you must purchase a Furbearer's license and a Bobcat Harvest Card. We recommend you get this done at least 2 weeks prior to your hunt. These two items can only be purchased in person, by mail, or by fax through the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife's main office in Portland. You CAN NOT purchase these items at a POS license retailer.
The season for hunting Oregon Bobcat runs from December 1 through February 28. This is the best time of year for prime hides.
Oregon Black Bear Hunting Outfitters
Spring Oregon black bear hunting season is in the months of April to May and is exceptional bear hunting. Spring is when you see mostly big boars. Your hunt well be mostly a spot and stalk hunt
Oregon Black Bear hunting, western units season is April 1 to May 31. Spring Black Bear hunts are controlled by a lottery system that limits hunters in each of the open units.
Oregon Black Bear hunts are all fair chase hunts. Deadline for controlled hunt Application is Feb. 10. Results available Feb.20.
Tag numbers are limited and on a first come first serve basis. Book your Black Bear hunt early as Oregon hunting outfitters have a limited number of hunting dates available.
Fall Oregon Black Bear hunting General Season in Eastern units are over counter tags: Aug 1 to Nov 30.
Black Bear hunting in the Western units: Aug. 1 to Dec. 31 also General Season tags.
